Frequently asked questions

Starting a fitness program can be a little intimidating, and joining a group class, especially outdoors, can be scary at first. Here are some of the frequently asked questions we get asked that can put your mind at ease and give you a better idea of what to expect!

1   What do I need to bring?

    Set of weights (1.5-2.5kg’s) and a mat

2   Who can attend the camp?

     Our bootcamp classes are structured in a way as to accommodate all fitness levels. Our campers         work at there own pace with alternatives given for injuries.

3   Do I have to pay an entrance fee when attending the Kirstenbosch class?


4   Will class be canceled in the event of rain?

     No, we do have undercover areas at WPCC and Kirstenbosch gardens.

5   Are there toilet and shower facilities?

     We have toilets at both venues but only showers at WPCC.

6   What are the age limits

     15 and up. A Doctors health clearance is required if you are 65 and older.

7   Can I sign up half way through a camp

     We do except late registrations. Past Zoom recordings can be sent for days missed. Alternatively           we do have our drop-in option(pay as you train) as well. 

8   How do the classes work?

     If you sign up for a full camp you are able to attend as many classes as you like at any location.           Full registrations have access to a live Zoom class daily as well as recordings.
